Service Request Guidelines
If you have an emergency such as a fire, a medical emergency, or any type of life-threatening event call 9-1-1 immediately.
If this is an emergency maintenance request please call the office or the after-hours emergency maintenance number immediately; your call will be routed to the person on-call.
Examples of Emergency Maintenance Requests:
- Gas odors (if you suspect a gas leak you should evacuate the building immediately and call from outside)
- No heat (October through May)
- Air conditioning not working
- No electricity
- No water or hot water
- Sewer backing up
- Water leaks (excluding faucet drips)
- Roof leaks
- Refrigerator not working
- Broken windows or doors
